Get Plenty of Rest
Sleep is important when maintaining a well balanced life. When I quit smoking I noticed my sleeping patterns were out of sorts. In the beginning I slept more than usual but it was nice because I felt rested and I had the time to get that extra sleep that I needed. As the weeks went on I began to struggle with my sleep. It seemed to get shorter and shorter each night. However, I felt good throughout the day. That only lasted a week or so but now I have found my happy median. The sleep I get is good and it is not excessive. So get plenty of rest and go with the flow as your sleeping patterns change.
