Burn Fat Faster By Resting During Workouts

Researchers have discovered that people who exercise without stopping for 60 minutes do not burn as much fat as those who exercise for 30 minutes, rest 20 minutes, then exercise for 30 more minutes. Fat metabolism increases during the exercise sessions, and it also increases during the in between rest period as well as the rest period after the exercise session.
