How to Make Healthy Desserts?

Include your favorite dessert fruits on top, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc; or Creamed banana fruit: Cream bananas with your favorite fruit and a tablespoon lemon juice and top with whipped cream; or assorted fruit and nut bowl:put your favorite assorted fruits and nuts in a bowl; or oatmeal crisps: two cups oatmeal, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix and spoon onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook at preheated 325 degrees. Cook until crisp. Serve with sliced peaches.
