HGTV’s House Hunters Featured Pasco County’s Trinity FL
The fastest growing area of Pasco County will be featured on HGTV’s House Hunters on August 14, 2008 at 10:00 pm. Joe Gibbons, one of the top Realtors in the Trinity area meets the McCollum family at one of his open houses. The McCollum family live in Fox Wood, one of Trinity’s largest gated communities. They love their home and their neighborhood but feel with their growing family, a bigger home would suit their needs better.
They enlist Joe Gibbons with the Lipply Real Estate Group to sell their home and help them find a new home. Fortunately their current home sells quickly and at a great price, so they start out to find their dream home in Fox Wood. They look at many homes but the House Hunters episode features only three of them. One on Blue Beech, one on Gold Dust and one on Edelweiss. It’s hard to tell from the show which one Ivis and Marcus will choose as all three homes are different and have their own pluses and minuses.
