Nobel Peace Prize Winner Posts Lyrics
Shimon Peres, the distinguished Israeli politician, is back in the news for an unusual reason. A poem he wrote has been put to music by some 50 composers worldwide, according to A-Lyric.com. “Ray of Hope”, a short piece the Nobel Peace Prize winner wrote last year was posted to a site called SongWeaver. So Shimon Peres lyrics could be adapted by any of its members. Currently in Beijing for the Olympics, Peres also heads the Peres Centre for Peace.
