Appalling waste of taxpayers money by the Labour Government

David Cameron has been quoted as saying he would not rule out tax increases because he could not be certain of the public finances in two years time.

Whilst this may be a valid argument, there has been a great deal of publicity in relation to the waste of taxpayers funds by the current Labour government. Given this is the case and assuming that David Cameron does not intend to preside over a repeat of this squandering of our taxes, surely he can be a little more positive?

At this time of rising energy and utility prices, what the British public needs is its political leaders to wage war on waste, in particular government waste, not imply that there will be further tax increases to cover up the incompetence of government.
